Another time where the stars are “just like us” is Halloween!  And you could see everyone get into the spirit and show off some amazing costumes.  Of course the celebrities have a tiny advantage by being millionaires so they have a bigger budget and possibly more access to make up artists and what not to give us top tier costumes.  But I’m not complaining because all these costumes were amazing!  Comment which one was your favorite
