October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Breast Cancer just SUCKS!
This October marks the 26th anniversary of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time that people across the world pause to recognize or honor the breast cancer survivors they have known, or to support others currently battling the disease. There are lots of ways to get involved in the fight against breast cancer this month, and we hope you’ll consider taking part in Boot Breast Cancer Night, Condos for the Cure or Hockey Fights Cancer, just to name a few of the events happening in Columbus in the next couple of weeks.
Interested in attending a program on survivorship or helping out with a service program in the community? Check out our list of upcoming events sponsored by Komen Columbus Grant Programs and be sure to visit our web site for more outreach events.
