Couple Faces Charges After Locking Child In Basement
A couple is facing child endangerment charges after locking a12-year old girl in their basement. The girl was locked in the basement of Thirty-seven year old Joanna Blackston and 40-year-old Shawn Blackston for three weeks. The couple also has five other children who have all been placed in foster care. The trial has been set to take place on Nov. 12. For more on this story click HERE
