Russell Brand Keeps Positive Attitude About Divorce

Russell Brand is handling his pending divorce from Katy Perry with a positive attitude. The “Rock of Ages” actor spoke about his 14-month marriage to the singer with the U.K. program “Lorraine.”  He told the show’s host, “You are married for some time, and that’s really good, and then you’re not married, and that’s really good.”  This isn’t the first time Brand has talked about his split with Perry.  While on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” last month, Brand told the talk show host he still loves Perry as a human being.  Sources say Perry’s relationship with Brand is also featured in the upcoming movie, “Katy Perry: Part of Me.”

Brand and Perry tied the knot in October 2010 while in India.  Brand’s “Rock of Ages” opens this weekend.  “Katy Perry: Part of Me” is due out July 5.
