Video: Mash-Up Video Features Obama Singing “Call Me Maybe”

It seems even President Obama can’t get Carly Rae Jepsen’s pop smash “Call Me Maybe” out of his head.

The performance was put together by Fadi Saleh, who also goes by the YouTube moniker BaracksDubs.  Saleh uses clips from some of the president’s many speeches to create his mash-ups, and has also made a name for himself with videos of Obama singing Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way,” LMFAO’s “Sexy and I Know It,” and other popular songs.

Currently sitting at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” is arguably on its way to becoming the song of the summer.  It was also featured during a segment on NBC’s Sunday night broadcast of the Miss USA pageant where pageant contestants  —  and pageant boss Donald Trump  —  were seen lip-synching to the song.
