GOSSIP: Splitsville For Jenny McCarthy & Jim Carrey!

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy have called it quits after five years of dating, which by the way, is about 20 years in celeb time!

Jen said: “I’m so grateful for the years Jim and I shared together. I will continue to be in his daughter’s life and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.”

Jim responded to the split on his Twitter page, saying: “Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I’m grateful 4 the many blessings we’ve shared and I wish her the very best! S’okay! ?;^>.”

The former couple have been outspoken about not getting married, but McCarthy recently joked to Us that they were considering walking down the aisle.

“We say ‘never,’ but I don’t know. Maybe for tax purposes, someday, when we are old.”

I’m glad there’s no drama, but it’s still kinda sudden, right?
