GOSSIP: Britney Spears Getting Engaged

Britney Spears is getting engaged to boyfriend Jason Trawick, TMZ has learned.
Multiple sources who are definitely in the know say Jason’s plans to pop the question tonight … in Las Vegas. We’re told Britney knows they’re getting engaged, so it’s not going to be a big surprise. Sources say Britney’s conservators have given their stamp of approval.  The matter will go before the judge in the conservatorship case but it’s virtually certain Brit will get the judge’s sign off. And were told … Jason did it the old fashioned way … by asking Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears, for permission to marry his daughter. And they’re also doing it the new-fashioned way … we’ve learned there WILL be a prenup.  It reportedly costs $303,900 a year to protect Britney Spears. According to TMZ, the people who run Britney’s estate are being sued by Advanced Security Concepts Corporation for not paying the company more than $140,000 in fees after Britney’s people ended their relationship with the security company in 2010. ASCC is claimed that Spears’ team has been holding a grudge against the company since one of their former bodyguards filed a lawsuit against Britney after he accused her of exposing her genitals to him and sexually harassing him. Britney has denied the allegations. The security company is claiming that not only did they get fired after the sexual harassment suit but Britney’s people also refused to pay them the remainder of the 1-year contract.Britney’s people have not made any comments about the suit. Meanwhile, it seems that Britney won’t be getting engaged until all her legal troubles have been taken care of. According to RadarOnline.com, Britney and her boyfriend Jason Trawick are waiting until it’s safe for Britney to end her conservatorship. A source said, “Britney doesn’t want to get married until all legal matters have been dealt with. She wants to begin her life with Jason on a fresh clean slate.”
