GOSSIP: Paula Abdul Breaks Up With Her Man

Not a good way to start out 2012!

Paula Abdul and her record label owner boyfriend Jeff Bratton have called it quits after a year and a half together.

The two met during a flight in 2010 and split time between El Lay where Paula lives and New York where he lives.

Her man confirmed the break up, saying:

“Paula and I split in November. It was an amicable thing. But between the final months of X Factor and my responsibilities with [my label] Cascine, there was little time for us. We’re still close. And I’ll always be grateful for the time we shared as a couple.”

Well, at least it wasn’t a nasty break up! We’re sure Paula may be a little melancholy right now, but she’ll be back to her peppy self in no time!
