Good news Hangover lovers: Bradley Cooper says that “The Hangover Part III” is in the works. But the bad news is it won’t start shooting until next September. During an appearance on England’s “Graham Norton Show” to promote the DVD release of the $327 domestically million-grossing sequel, Cooper teased that a third edition of the series is in the works. “I personally want to do it. I hope we’re going to start shooting in September,” Cooper said. “I know [director] Todd Phillips is working on the script.”

But now the big question: what’s going to be the storyline?

Luckily Zach Galifiankis sat down recently for an interview with Rolling Stone, and revealed some information about what Hangover 3 might entail. He indicated that Hangover 3 ditches the format of the first two and focuses on his character escaping from a mental institution with help from the wolf pack.

The idea of Alan (Galifianakis) being committed in the third Hangover movie doesn’t exactly require a stretch of the imagination. The reason for breaking him out of a prison-like setting is anyone’s guess right now, but it would at least give Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), and maybe even Doug (Justin Bartha) something new to do this next time around.

Who doesn’t love a good “prison escape” set-up?
