GOSSIP: KATY & RUSSELL GET INKED

Katy Perry’s life has turned into a soap opera – at least, that’s what it seems like.

Amid speculation that the Grammy-nominated singer was planning to legally separate from husband Russell Brand, Perry took to Twitter on Wednesday to shoot down a number of claims.

“First I’m pregnant & then I’m divorced. What am I All My Children?!” the 27-year-old wrote, referring to the now-defunct ABC soap opera.

Though she’s currently not expecting, Perry has been vocal about her desire to have children with her husband of one year.

During an appearance on “ The Ellen DeGeneres Show” last month, Perry said having children is “one of the reasons you get married.”

“Especially to the person that you marry. You think, that person is going to be a good partner, a good parent,” she said. “But, I’m not sure it’s time yet. We’ll see.”

Until then, Perry and Brand have made a permanent mark in their marriage.

According to photos obtained by TMZ, the couple got tattoos together after Perry’s Los Angeles concert last week.

Perry marked her ankle with an image of a grinning peppermint candy, while Brand, 36, had the badge of his favorite soccer team, West Ham United, inked on the back of his arm.

The tattoos were done by famed tattoo artist Bang Bang, of New York’s Eastside Ink.
