TV: ‘The View’ Crew Encourages Bristol Palin to Defend Her Mother

Roll out the welcome wagon for the brand new season premiere of Bristol Palin’s solo reality TV series set to air out the family’s dirty laundry from her perspective. Tagging along right beside that welcome wagon already seems to be drama and controversy magnified by her relationship with her mother and often scrutinized politician Sarah Palin. This week, before the show could thoroughly hit the airwaves Bristol and her camera crews were taunted by a heckler claiming Sarah Palin is “a whore.” (His words, not ours.)
Quickly becoming a hot topic on a recent episode of “The View,” Bristol might have done more damage than good with her response according to the vibe from the panel of co-hosts on the ABC daytime talk show.
What’s even more jarring about the situation is that Bristol, although early on wasn’t in the mood to combat or entertain the guy’s foolishness, finally snapped and caved in with her own set of sly remarks about his sexuality. The choice of whether or not both were wrong for the altercation has already stirred up conversation and now we’re turning the tables to find out if her reality show is going to continue down this path.
