The Situation” is filming a new Web series for YOBI.tv called “New Stage”. He plays a hip-hop mogul who’s chosen to be the lead judge on the American version of a popular British singing competition show. Episodes will begin airing on YOBI.tv later in the month. THE SITUATION GOES AFTER ABERCROMBIE: Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is turning the tables on Abercrombie & Fitch. The reality star has sent the brand a cease-and-desist letter, demanding they stop selling shirts inspired by his name and slogans, including those that read “The Fitchuation” and “GTL Fitch” because they infringe his legal copyright. Sorrentino says that he should be paid for the permission violation — and claims the company’s supposed offer to pay him to not wear their clothes was nothing more than a publicity stunt that further exploited him.
