GOSSIP: KATY PERRY NOT QUITE READY FOR THE VMA’S

Don’t worry! This isn’t what Katy Perry, who is scheduled to appear at the MTV Video Music Awards, will be wearing tonight.  Katy was recently spotted exiting a Los Angeles-area gas station (after having purchased a bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos) in a fringe-adorned mess of a dress and pink locks.

We are confident, come time to shine at the VMAs, the “Teenage Dream” songstress will have washed her hair and found a spectacular ensemble.  Katy Perry leads the list of the nominees with ten chances at taking home a Moonman.
