GOSSIP: The Ninja Turtles are BACK!

Nickelodeon just paid $60 million for the rights to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. That means a new CGI-animated series (because the last one totally sucked), as well as a movie scheduled for release in 2012.

The goal is to bring in a new generation of fans…hopefully they’ll try to stay somewhat true to the original. The least they could do is keep the original theme song, which is totally awesome. TURTLE POWER!
