GOSSIP: Kate And Pippa Middleton To Start Clothing Line?

Star magazine reports that Duchess Kate Middleton and her equally stylish sister Pippa are “talking about launching a high-end street fashion line.”

A so-called “source” for the tabloid reveals, “They’re really excited. They want to start their own clothing label,” noting, “They know that the styles Kate wears sell out in minutes online.”

The duo is so serious about their venture, says the mag, that they’re reaching out to fellow Brit and successful designer Victoria Beckham for help.

“Kate’s been calling Victoria Beckham and asking her advice,” says the alleged “source,” who adds that Prince William “thinks it’s an amazing idea.”

Uh, huh.

However, as much as we’d love for this story to be true, it’s nothing more than yet another made up story from Star.

When we reached out to Buckingham Palace, they said the rumor was not true, and scoffed that it’s “highly, highly unlikely” the Duchess would ever design her own clothing line.
