Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner must have heard that Richard Simmon’s said that planking can lead to a longer life since this picture ended up on his Twitter. The 85-year old sent out the picture of himself planking on The Playboy Mansion’s dining room table after a game of Uno with his girlfriends.
