TV: NBC RE-SIGNS THE CAST OF “THE VOICE” FOR SEASON 2
Confirmed: All 4 musician coaches of NBC’s The Voice — Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton – will return to the talent show next season.
On Wednesday night, Team Adam Levine’s Javier Colon beat out runner-up Dia Frampton of Team Blake Shelton to take the title as the first winner of The Voice. Colon, a former Capitol Records signee, will receive a $100,000 recording contract.
Auditions for Season 2 will get underway soon. The Voice will return to the air mid-season 2012. NBC has already revealed that the series has landed the coveted post-Super Bowl spot and will immediately follow
