“Runaway Bride” Crystal Harris runs again – this time home to San Diego and parties at F6ix nightclub! The upscale hip-hop venue celebrated their grand opening last night with the Playboy Playmate and recent ex of Hugh Hefner. The San Diego native arrived at F6ix with some high school girl friends and even brought her mom along for the night out. The blonde bombshell drank cocktails at her VIP table and danced the night away with her crew.  While she was in town, Crystal Harris was spotted at Prospect Jewelers, a San Diego jewelry store, on Friday, getting her engagement ring appraised. A source says it’s rumored to be worth $90,000. “Crystal wanted to see what it was worth. She didn’t have any papers with her. She said she doesn’t know what she wants to do with it so she was checking out the value of her ring,”
