GOSSIP: Natalie Portman’s Dance Double In Black Swan Is Pissy!

“I do have a double for the complicated turning stuff,” Portman told EW last year. “It was not anything I ever could have done in a year, nothing I could’ve caught up with. But I think it was just better for all of us if I did as much as possible.” – Natalie Portman

But that wasn’t enough for Sarah Lane who was the dance/body double for Natalie Portman in the movie black swan.

“Of the full body shots, I would say 5 percent are Natalie,” – Sarah Lane

“The shots that are just her face with arms, those shots are definitely Natalie,” she said. “But that doesn’t show the actual dancing.” – Sarah Lane

At the end of the day the producer for Black Swan Ari Handel could sue because Sarah did sign a contract promising never to talk to the press about this. Not sure what Sarah thinks she is going to accomplish. The Oscar was given to Natalie at the end of the day for her acting not specifically for her dancing. So kick rocks
