GOSSIP: Demi Lovato Settles with Dancer That She ASSAULTED!

Demi Lovato reached a settlement with a back-up dancer she punched in the face about 5 weeks ago.

The dancer (Alex Welch) is now satisfied with the settlement, but before anything was discussed, she requested that Lovato apologize and make a donation to the charity of her choice.

The dancer suffered a black eye.

Lovato is still in rehab for a variety of issues.
