Singers Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha were spotted leaving the same New York City hotel on Thursday night as they headed to rehearsals for their upcoming New Year’s Eve performances.
While both pop stars have different sounds, there’s no doubt they’re both very loud in the wardrobe department.
The singers stepped out in the city wearing outfits that were the opposite of chic and stylish.
Meanwhile Nicki wore a green velour top and tracksuit bottoms with a red fuzzy jacket, and did everything she could to avoid having her picture taken.
This was definitely not the case for Ke$ha, who looked as if she was revelling in the attention.
The Tik Tok star is enjoying a a fantastic year after topping the Billboard charts in seven categories including Top New Artist, Top Hot 100 Song with ‘Tik Tok’, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Digital Songs Artist, Top Digital Song with ‘Tik Tok’, Top Canadian Hot 100 Artist and Top Pop Songs Artist.
Nicki has been busy too – the singer is featured in Kanye West’s controversial new music video ‘Monster’.
Also featuring Rick Ross and Jay-Z, the video is filled with disturbing scenes and a lot of barely-clothed, occasionally-blood-soaking corpses.
Nicki’s scene sees her battling her Barbie alter ego, using a riding crop as she engages her enemy in a psychological death match.
