GOSSIP: Tila Tequila, Kidnapper???

Tila Tequila has reportedly been accused of kidnapping a photographer’s girlfriend and threatening to do both of them harm.

Garry Sun filed for a restraining order against Tequila in L.A. County Superior Court, alleging that the reality TV star and four armed men stormed the Texas house of Shyla Jennings on October 19 and kidnapped her.

The group then supposedly flew to Los Angeles, and Tequila warned Jennings that she and Sun would be killed if cops were alerted, according to TMZ.

Tequila is said to be contacting her attorney.

A judge has not ruled on the reported order request.

Maybe she needs to look for more love on MTV…I wonder what Shawn Merriman is thinking right now
