TV: NEW ‘DANCING WITH THE STARS’ CAST
Audrina Patridge
Now that The Hills is over, Audrina should have plenty of time for those long rehearsals. And something tells me she won’t have an issue with the skimpy outfits.
Brandy
Brandy was a rising star in her heyday, but will her pop star days work to her advantage?
Bristol Palin
The young mom just got out of a messy public relationship with Levi Johnston, so here’s hoping her dance partnership won’t be as bad. Most obvious question: Will Sarah be in the audience?
David Hasselhoff
I haven’t seen Hasselhoff move as much as he’s going to need to since he ran down a beach in red shorts for the Baywatch intro. He’s used to being a judge on America’s Got Talent, so I’m kind of hoping the DWTS judges do hassle the Hoff, just to give him a taste of the other side.
Jennifer Grey
Dirty Dancing lives! Jennifer Grey has been out of the spotlight since the 80s but we all know she’s got moves. The real question is whether or not she can still do those lifts.
Kurt Warner
Kurt Warner may be the first quarterback to compete, but he’s hardly the first football playing contestant. He’s been named MVP and Super Bowl Winner, but will he be crowned king this time?
Kyle Massey
You may recognize Disney kid Kyle Massey from his days on That’s So Raven, but I have a feeling most viewers will be scratching their heads when they see him. Hope he’s ready to unleash some charm along with dance moves.
Michael Bolton
Bolton has no problem belting out sexy love ballads, but this time, he’ll have to generate some hot chemistry with his dance partner. You just know that they’re going to incorporate “When a Man Loves a Woman” into at least one of his routines.
Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino
If fist-pumping isn’t integrated into The Situation’s ballroom routines, then DWTS producers will have failed. At least the costume designers will save money on spandex shirts.
Rick Fox
Fox’s good looks are sure to earn him the female vote, but the jury is still out on his dance skills. Perhaps his basketball days will keep him light on his feet for the quick step.
Margaret Cho
The comedienne is sure to quip about the costumes, her partner, her fellow contestants . . . but will she use any of that energy to turn herself into a champion on the dance floor?
Florence Henderson
If the name doesn’t sound familiar perhaps you’ve met her alter ego: Carol Brady. At 76 her age should win her some points, but I’m preemptively concerned that she might break a hip.
