He’s back!

Pint-sized pop sensation Justin Bieber is set to rock Madison Square Garden on Tuesday after illness forced him to cancel a weekend show at the New York State Fair.

“Ok the doctor said we aren’t 100 percent but we are ready to ROcK!!” announced Bieber on Twitter. “Been cleared. MSG let’s do this!!! Let’s fill the streets of NYC!”

The performance will be captured on film for his upcoming 3D theatrical release.

Bieber has admitted to being “super sick lately,” and many fans were concerned that the teenager’s schedule and workload had run him into the ground.

But it appears the Canadian cutie is back on his feet and eager to perform.

Sadly, there is still no known cure for the Bieber Fever that afflicts so many.
