Lindsay Lohan has been released from her court-ordered rehabilitation at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, the facility the troubled starlet has called home since beginning her treatment there August 2, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Lohan, 24, was sentenced by Judge Marsha Revel to serve 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days of rehab for probation violations stemming from her 2007 DUI conviction.

But on day 22 of the treatment program, Lohan signed her discharge papers as RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed.

The move paved the way for her sudden and shock exit from the center.

The Mean Girls actress was spirited out a back door in to a waiting, chauffeur driven car.

UPDATE: We’re told Lindsay’s first moments of freedom were a telephone call made to her mother Dina.
