GOSSIP: Glee Star To Host SNL

“Glee” star Jane Lynch will host “Saturday Night Live” on October 9, according to a report.

An Emmy nominee for her portrayal of cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester on the hit series, Lynch will be among the late-night institution’s first hosts on the upcoming 36th season, claims Movieline.

Lynch has a sketch comedy background with Second City, which launched the careers of many “SNL” performers.

“Glee” itself comes back for a second year on September 21.
