GOSSIP: Can Taylor Go From Jacob To Wolverine?

There was a rumor that Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner may play a young Wolverine in X-Men: First Class, but Wolverine star Hugh Jackman isn’t sure that Lautner is the right actor for the job.

“My only question is… Can he grow mutton chops? Actually, I think people would probably prefer him as a hairless Wolverine than a rather hairy-chested version. Certainly about a billion young girls would.”

We’ll have to wait and see…X-Men: First Class doesn’t hit theatres until June 3, 2011. Source
