Avoiding the gym because of the Coronavirus? Here’s some workouts you can do from home:

  • Resistance Bands – These a great because you can work on targeting one specific muscle group. MadFit has some of my favorite resistance bands workouts along with other home-friendly workouts
  • Yoga – Yoga with Adriene creates challenging yoga workouts fit for everyone! This is a good place to start especially if you have limited to no experience.
  • Pilates / Body Weight — No equipment necessary! You’ll be using your own bodyweight for these workouts. Check out Fitness Blender and Blogities – combined these two channels have over hundreds of workouts that are guaranteed to make you work up a sweat!
  • Abs – I feel like doing one good ab workout is efficient enough work for one day.
  • Learn the choreography to Britney Spears music videos – yes, I actually do this for a workout. I’m just trying to look like Britney circa 2001
