Rob Kardashian Offers His KIDNEY To Save Lamar Odom’s Life!

Rob Kardashian is ready to donate one of his kidney’s in order to save Lamar Odom‘s life. The former NBA star reportedly needs a kidney transplant and could wait years on a list to receive one. But if Rob ends up being a compatible match, Lamar might get the organ sooner. The two were once as close as brothers, with Rob living at Lamar and Khloe Kardashian‘s home while the couple was still happily married. Rob is clearly worried about his brother-in-law and wants to help!

“Rob is willing to do whatever it takes to help Lamar recover. If that means donating a kidney then so be it, Rob has a big heart and he’s willing to step up to help his friend,” source told the Daily Mail. While it remains to be seen if Rob and Lamar are a compatible match for a kidney transplant, “Rob is willing to undergo medical tests to find out,” according to the report.
Lamar has been on kidney dialysis following his reported near-fatal drug overdose on Oct. 13. While he emerged from a three day coma, he suffered numerous strokes, as well as damage to his lungs and kidneys. Unfortunately after constant medical monitoring, the need for a kidney transplant has now come in to play.

Rob will have to undergo extensive tests, not just to make sure he’s compatible with Lamar, but that his kidneys are in healthy enough shape for him to be able to donate one.
Hopefully it works out. He could end up saving Lamar’s life!
