No Shave Winter!? Do Women Really Do This in the Winter?

Kyle saw a tweet yesterday that read, “No shave November means no shave winter for me. Like a sweater for your legs!”  A woman was talking about how she doesn’t like to shave in the winter and that she feels like it’s acceptable because most women are wearing long pants anyway.  Is this something all women do?
