How Old Do You have to be to Become a ‘Cougar?’

Rachel’s mom is trying to hook her up with a 19 year old college student at Indiana University. Rachel is 25 and she claimed that if she were to go out with this guy she would be a cougar. I said you had to be at least 30 to start living that cougar life. We had some hilarious calls from women admitting they were cougars and were proud of it.
