Kyle & Rachel Introduce, ‘City or Celebrity!?’

We came up with a new game today, “City or Celebrity?” Kyle was reading the local police blotter on Sunday and realized what happens locally is about as crazy as what happens to some celebrities on TMZ. We gave Tiffany 3 statements straight out of what would be in the police blotter to decide if it happened in our city or to a celebrity! Here is an example, “A man was arrested because of impersonating a police offer in order to try to get free Applebee’s!” It happened to a Richmond man!
