Justin Bieber Has a new tattoo.

He’ll now always be under the watchful eye of his mom Pattie.  He had her eye tattoo’d on his arm!

Bieber shared the image on Instagram, posting: “@bangbangnyc did this art ., Moms always watching ; ).”

Poor Selena tries to make out with the Biebs and his mom is always watching…kinda creepy!
