Lady Gaga Pays For Fans Surgery, Gives Her Beloved Gold-Plated Wheelchair
Great news! Lady Gaga is finally back on her feet after emergency surgery for a “labral tear” to her right hip which caused her “chronic” pain and forced her to cancel the remainder of her Born This Way tour back in February.
And in true Gaga style, even though she won’t be able to return to the stage until September, she’s turning around and helping her fans.
Lady Gaga, aka Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, has reached out to a Twitter follower to help them get back on their feet too.
She is paying for 19-year-old, Emma C, to meet the same doctors, surgeons and specialists who helped her in New York.
Scoliosis and hip dysplasia sufferer Emma, from Wisconsin, posted online, “Gaga reached out to me and is hooking me up with her team that did her surgery in NYC as I have been needing a hip replacement for quite some time.
“We’re planning on flying out this weekend, all expenses paid, for a consult. The gesture is absolutely incredible… I broke down sobbing. Words can’t describe how incredibly Blessed I am.”
The Poker Face singer was wheeled around in a Louis Vuitton wheelchair and a 24-carat gold-plated chariot made by luxury brand Mordeka (that she named Emma).
If that wasn’t enough, a very generous Lady Gaga is also giving Emma the chair to use.
THIS is why I love Gaga.
