New Mom Holly Madison’s Fiance Faces 13 Years in PRISON
Just one day after Holly Madison and Pasquale Rotella set their wedding date on her E! Special “Holly Has A Baby” it has been revealed that Pasquale is facing up to 13 years in prison for charges that include bribery and conspiracy.

Holly’s fiance, and the father of her child—Rainbow Aurora Pasquale, appeared in a Los Angeles court on May 13 to face charges for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy, and conflict of interest, according to Radar Online.
Allegedly, Pasquale used more than $2.5 million in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to bribe city officials. He was indicted along with five other people involved in his company, Insomniac Events. He posted bail, which was set at $1.8 million, and was released from jail.
Reportedly, the case will reconvene just two weeks before Pasquale and Holly’s wedding on July 29. If he is convicted on all of the charges, he will go to prison for more than a decade. (<—- YIKES)
Though this definitely looks really bad for Holly’s fiance, his attorney has continued to stand strongly in defense. Pasquale “has always acted lawfully and appropriately with respect to all of his dealings with the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum,” the lawyer, Gary Jay Kaufman said. “Any allegations of wrongdoing on the part of Mr. Rotella by the District Attorney’s office are completely baseless and flat-out wrong.”
“Any charges against Mr. Rotella are clearly politically motivated and publicity driven,” he concluded.
