Being a person that’s healthy and likes to go to the gym 4 to 6 times a week, I’m always trying to figure out what types  of exercises burn calories the fastest.

And I’m forever trying to figure out HOW many calories are burned with each workout.

Another thing that’s really cool is the fact that normal everyday things that we do also burn a decent amount of calories when done over a period of time.

Some are hobby’s, or mini workouts too.
