I don’t know what the kids problem is.  But he’s having a crisis and is on strike against shirts apparently.

Justin Bieber was spotted out on his birthday in London without a shirt on.

It’d be whatever if it wasn’t one of the coldest winters of all time.

And now he’s been spotted out again without a shirt on.
