Justin Bieber Open To Spoofing Pot Controversy On SNL
The writers’ room at “Saturday Night Live” is bustling with Bieber buzz. According to “TMZ,” Justin Bieber has given the show permission to poke fun at the recent controversy involving leaked photos of the pop star allegedly smoking marijuana. Sources connected to NBC tell the website Bieber’s camp has told the show that nothing is off-limits for his reported appearance on February 9th. In fact, the sources say Justin himself told SNL producers he wants to push the boundaries as far as he can. “Billboard” reported that the star would be pulling double-duty on the show earlier this week.
Bieber wouldn’t be first celebrity to use SNL as way out of a public relations nightmare. Paris Hilton famously spoofed herself after her sex tape was released back in 2004, and Alec Baldwin returned to show after his “Words with Friends” incident.
