Justin Bieber To Host SNL

The Biebs is putting down the blunt in order to host SNL Feb 9th.

On Monday, Bieber tweeted, “maybe im hosting and performing on SNL…maybe. :)” and one day later a source confirms to Billboard that it’s all set to happen in one month’s time. He’ll be on the show to promote hisBelieve Acoustic album. A rep for the show has not responded to MTV News’ request for comment as of press time.

The news comes days after he vaguely apologized to his fans in the wake of a photo scandal involving pictures of him allegedly smoking whatappeared to be a joint. He tweeted to his followers: “everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up.”

Bieber is no rookie when it comes to the late-night comedy staple. He appeared on it in April 2010 when he was the night’s musical guest. “It was fun, just acting [with host Tina Fey],” Bieber told MTV News at the time. “It was cool to get to be a part of ‘SNL.’ ”
