Tips For Sticking With You Workout
It’s just past New Years and If you’ve made the resolution to get into better shape, I’ve found a few “Scientific” ways that are supposed to help you stick with your workout!
I checked these out and I think I’m going to try a few of them myself.
Especially the one where you keep your hands cold. Apparently that’s supposed to help you stay with a workout longer. Hmmmm.
