Weight Watchers “Furious” At Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson’s deal with Weight Watchers could be in jeopardy. According to “US Weekly,” the execs at the dieting company aren’t thrilled with the idea of their newest spokesperson getting pregnant again. A source tells the magazine that the company is “furious at Jessica” about the rumored pregnancy and that she was “already on thin ice with them since she didn’t lose enough for the first ad,” which they had to shoot from the waist up. The source adds that it’s doubtful whether Weight Watchers will air the second campaign – even after Jessica dropped 70 pounds – because “nobody wants to hear about a pregnant woman dieting.”

Jessica gave birth to her first daughter back in May. She is rumored to be carrying another child, but has not confirmed the pregnancy. She was paid a reported four million dollars to shed the pounds for Weight Watchers.
